Young Parents Group

What is it?
Leicestershire Youth Service provides a number of Young Parent Support Groups, and one of these is based at in Birstall (Longslade Youth Centre). The group is run by Youth Workers, some with specialist skills and knowledge relating to pregancy and parenting, with condom and pregnancy testing services.

Sessions include certain themes such as participation and inclusion, creativity and challenge, equality and diversity, health and well-being, personal and social development, education and independence

Who is it for, and when is it?
The group is open to 13-25, and runs during term time only on Wednesday, 2 - 4pm
