Who will you vote for?

For those who will be eligible for this years vote, what do you know about the matters that concern you?

This year, the main concern for students is tuition fees, this could make or break your decision on whether you go to university or not. A recent article form BBC News suggests that the Liberal Democrats are the best bet for under-graduates (18-21yr olds) but have poor management plans for the repayment of loans.

The Labour Party plans to introduce variable tuition fees as well as top up fees in 2006. The variable fees could be up too £3,000. So good for graduates, but rubbish for undergraduates!!

Conservatives also want to scrap all tuition fees and have grants for the poorer students but they are also for giving larger student loans at the commercial rate, which could be up to 6.4%, which are re-payable from graduate earnings….
