Crime & Safety

Crime is a major thing in our society, and unfortunately it is something that cannot be controlled. Crime is not only an issue that is apparent in Leicester, but all over the country.

Crime can be related to alcohol: for example someone might go and vandalise a car, if they are drunk. Police across the country are trying to crackdown on street crimes, like the one in the example, however it is proving a lot harder that they initially thought.

People are often afraid to report crimes, maybe because they are scared they will fall victim to a crime, or for various other reasons. However, this isnt the case. Reporting crimes to the police is something that makes peoples lives easier to live, and live without fear.
