PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST CONTACT US TO BOOK ON AN ACTIVITY AS SPACES ARE LIMITED - IF YOU JUST TURN UP ON THE DAY YOU MAY FIND THE TRIP IS FULL.
IF YOU HAVE NOT GOT A CORRECTLY SIGNED CONSENT FORM AND PAYMENT - YOU WILL NOT GO ON THE TRIP - NO EXCEPTIONS
All trips are open to 11-19 year olds though priority will be given to those aged 13-19. Except Road house disco which is open to 14-19 year olds. Spaces will be allocated to those who return their completed consent forms with payment (if applicable) to Adam - the Youth Development Worker on a first come first served basis. The consent forms are two pages - both must be completed and returned - if you only have one side you will NOT be allowed on the trip
