Interview with Leicester Tigers Player Scott Bemand

A few weeks ago I was given the chance to go to the Leicester Tigers training ground to meet and interview half scrum player Scott Bemand. I started off by asking him how he got into playing Rugby. His dad played rugby and so he was around the game from an early age, he also used to play in Herodforshire's Junior Club. Then he went on to play for a Birmingham club, Mosley Bears, while he was at college. Before he transferred to the Leicester Tigers he player for the NEC Harlequins.
On his transfer, Scott commented that he recieved a very good welcoming where it is normally difficult, also he's the only english player to enter the Tigers team this year. When he's on the pitch, mid game, he remarked that he enjoyes the banter between the other players, of both teams.
I also asked him about any injurires hes had while playing, he's had two shoulder operatorations, one when he was 21 and one 2 years ago (2003).
To finish off the interview i asked him about any goings on in the locker room... he said no comment but then said that they hide Austins toopee :-o
