Hinckley Bosworth Youth Council (HBYC) has now been up and running for over five years. HBYC is a place where young people aged between 13-19, but up to 25 with disabilities can come to have their say on issues that matter to them, whether it be travel, facilities or even Dispersal Orders, we as a group of young people try and make a voice for the young people of the area and enable them to have their say on these issues.
