If you're allowed to get this CD (it does have swearing on) then I will say it is a must-have for all green day fans! It contains the greatest hits for the punk/alternative band who formed in their teens. Needless to say, they have a lot of songs to choose from and you will find top quality shout-along anthems and even one or two have-a-good-cry ballads! Whack it on whatever mood you're in.

Because it's a reasonably old album though, you may have to get it off amazon.co.uk or ebay.co.uk, or somewhere else that sells old-ish CDs. Make sure ur people are cool about the language tho ;-)

I have to say, I’m not a big fan of Green Day at all, and as such haven’t bothered to buy any of their CD’s, however, this one may be worth a look. You should know that International Superhits doesn’t include any tracks from their 1988 debut (as Sweet Children) on indie label Skene Records, or from their time with Lookout, but “J. A. R. (Jason Andrew Relva)”, Green Day’s best non-LP track (from the soundtrack of the film Angus), is present.

As well as the old tracks you all know and love (or in my case know and avoid) there are some new tracks (“Maria” and “Poprocks and Coke”) to keep you entertained and that will no doubt get those die hard Green Day fans out there to buy this album, despite the fact that they’ll have most of the songs already.

Along with these new songs you’ll get the likes of “Longview”, “Basket Case”, “She”, “Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)”, and “Minority”. Will I buy it? Probably not, should you buy it? More than likely yes even if you have a passing interest in their works.
