Garfield is still the same as ever; fat and loves to eat lasange. However, Jon goes to London to surprise his girlfriend Liz who goes to do a speech. Garfield and Odie sneak in with Jon and fly to London.
While he is discovering and having fun in London, he is mistaken for a cat called Prince and is taken to a fabulous castle. Prince is found in London by Jon and is mistaken for Garfield. It's the mix up!
Prince is living Garfield's life with Jon and Odie whilst Garfield is having tons of fun at his castle. However, the dastardly Lord Dargis wants to get rid of Garfield, still thinking he is Prince.
Once again Garfield is animated and there are a lot more animals in this film, but none of Garfield's old friends from the first film. I think this is fairly funny, but I don't think it is any good as Garfield's first film. I watch it now and again, but it's a good film for the whole family, particularly younger children.
