Peter Bretter (Jason Segel) has been with Crime Scene television star Sarah Marshall (Kristen Bell) for 5 years. He's been happy with her, composing a puppet Dracula musical until she decides to break up with him. Heartbroken, Peter tries to forget Sarah by meeting other women, but it's useless and he hurtles towards a nervous breakdown.

So Peter decides to go to Hawaii to get away from reality and clear his mind about Sarah. However, it doesn't go how he had planned. Sarah also goes to Hawaii and, you guessed it, stays in the same hotel too, but with her new boyfriend, rock star Aldous (Russell Brand). As Peter tries to ignore his ex-girlfriend and new lover, he meets Rachel (Mila Kunis) who is an employee of the hotel and comforts Peter. Being with Rachel makes Peter realise he has to face reality.

I thought this was a funny film with lots of laughs. If you like romantic comedies, then this film is for you!
