Short-term Objectives

• Work closely with Fiona on her form.
• Make the complaints form is widely available to all young people in the County.
• Ensure that it is not just a form for adults to complain about young people.
• Discover how other counties handle public transport prices for young people in full or part time education.

Long-term Objectives

• Make buses more hygienic.
• Concessionary bus fares for students in full or part time education.
• Friendlier bus drivers – workshops / courses for them.
• Students are happier with their school buses.
