On Wednesday August 18th from 12-4pm there’s Oadby & Wigston’s Supersonic event at Blaby Road Park (opposite Tesco in South Wigston).
This will include a talent show with a cash (voucher) prize – similar to Beauchamp’s Got Talent and other competitions in the schools.

The evening involves games, music, tuckshop and a very short 'God slot' talk.
The halls are equipped with a pool table, snooker table and table tennis table. Each evening a different sport is played, such as football, uni-hoc (indoor hockey), basketball and volleyball. Various tournaments are run on some evenings.
