Cheaper By The Dozen (PG)

This movie is great for all the family, and kids of all ages. In this film all of the Bakers are back, but their kids are moving on. Charlie (Tom Welling), Lorraine Baker (Hilary Duff) and Nora Baker (Piper Perabo, who in this movie is married to Bud and is pregnant with his baby) are all moving far from home and their father Tom Baker (Steve Martin) is having none of it. Because it feels like his family are drifting appart he phones up an old friend and asks if their old cabin that they used when the kids were young is in use. Every one agrees to go all accept for Lorraine, but in the end the whole family persaude her to come.
When the family are at the lake where the cabin is, they meet with an old friend, a pack rat. The following night they go to a "clam bake" but unfortunately Mark Baker takes some fire works with him and leaves them near the barbeque. Obviously the bag catches fire, followed by an explosion. Mark gets the bag and trys to throw it into the lake but it lands in a boat and the boat blows up then the motor of the boat goes flying in the air. His mum (Bonnie Hunt) tells him off. Tom also meets his arch nemesis Jimmy Murtaugh (Eugene Levy) who has 8 kids who are like aliens to the Bakers.
Later in the film Jimmy asks Tom to have a game of tennis with him and while he and Kate are doing this, Mark Baker trashes the tennis court with a golf buggie. Sarah Baker (Alison Stoner) falls in love with one of Jimmy's kids, Elliot Murtaugh, and she steals some make-up to try and look nice for her boyfriend, but she is caught and her parents are called. Jimmy tags along to see what has happened and he agrees with Tim to the "Labor Day Cup". When labor day comes they all play games and both families come out with 4 points each, and they both have to have a canoeing race to the end of the park and back. While they are having the race Nora goes into labour and both families run to a hospital where Nora gives birth to a boy and calles it Tom after her dad, and Lorraine is chosen to be the God Mother. After labor day Bud buys the cabin and lives up there with Nora and their baby boy Tom.
As I said at the start this is a great film to watch even if you are over 13.
