CHAT ZONE

Chat Zone is a School Nurse service which offers confidential health advice for teenagers of all year groups at Rawlins Community College.

The School Nurse is Christine Dunmore and the Assistant School Nurse is Shobha.

The service is available every Monday from 12pm till 3pm, held at Rawlins Youth Centre.

You can either drop in over your lunch time or even make an appointment to visit during the afternoon.

Health advice offered are:
General health & lifestyle
Keeping fit
Keeping safe
Relationships
Stress/worries
Smoking, Alcohol & Substance misuse
Skin problems/ spots

Sexual health advice offered:
Condoms
Pregnancy testing
Chlamydia testing
Guidance on contraceptive services
Contraceptive methods

If you don't have time to pop by you can see Jenny Bunnag in the Pastoral Office who will arrange for you to see the School Nurse at another time.

All services offered are free!
