What is there to do in Birstall?

I have lived in Birstall all my life, I’m 13 years old. We have a huge park but hardly anything on it, in my opinion we could somehow extend the park and put a half pipe or an area of activities for skaters.

Another idea I had was that we could create a dirt track for bikes.

In Birstall children need a bit of chilling out and relaxing time, after school and some people like me have the stress of a paper-round and need a place to chill.

A group of about 10 of us were asked by Mr Hunter, 'do you have a youth club'? No-one knew about it, everyone knew we had a youth club in Birstall but it’s definitely suffering from lack of advertisement.

Also teenagers, like me need a place to hang out for instance we need a new light to Birstall, some place where you can chill out with your friends, an internet café or mini bowling alley down the park, or even a night club for 13-15 year olds with non-alcoholic drinks like fruit juice cock-tails and smoothies.

What future do activities in Birstall hold? Teenagers and children need entertainment fast. . . . .
