A hate incident can take place in many forms. It can be physical, verbal or written. No matter how little it may seem, if you are being treated badly for being different…….tell someone: Teacher – parent – carer – youth worker – friend
This report form is about hate incidents which either happened to you OR that you witnessed happening to someone else.
By filling in this form you will be helping us find out how many incidents take place in the county. This will help us work with other organisations in dealing with the kind of hate incidents that are being reported.
