Nelly - Sweat Suit

Nelly’s new album has been a big international hit everywhere and is still selling like wild fire. It includes his biggest new release “N dey Say”. Nelly is an individual that has included many different genres in his album and that is how he creates his own style. Sweat Suit consists of some tracks from the two albums, “Sweat” and “Suit”. In other words he has put together two separate albums and has taken the best singles and put them onto this album.
The highlight of the album for me is Over and over; I like this song because I think it stands out against the rest. The reason for this is because it makes a change to Nelly’s usual style as it has a good background beat and features an artist that I didn’t think Nelly would do a duo with (Tim McGraw who looks like a country singer, but who suprisingly has a good voice). Quite a brave move.
Other high-profile guests on this double album are Christina Aguilera on "Tilt Ya Head Back", Pharrell Williams on "Flap Your Wings", Missy Elliot on "Playa", and Ronald Isley with Snoop Dogg on "She Don't Know My Name".
I would give this album 3.5 out of 5 because I really like the album generally but the overall content means that this isn’t one of my favourites, but it’s growing on me every time I listen to it so give this album a chance!
