GameCityNights Episode 6

Following the general madness of Keita Takahashi's appearance at GameCityNights last month, the GameCity team have decided to up the ante and make this month’s event a Doctor Who themed extravaganza.
Charles Cecil of Revolution Software and Doctor Who writer James Moran come together to celebrate the release of the episodic Doctor Who: The Adventure Games. Split into four episodes, two of which are already available on the BBC website, players can control of the Doctor (voiced by Matt Smith) and his assistant Amy (Karen Gillan) to take on hordes of the infamous and terrifying Daleks.
GCN Episode 6 will treat Doctor Who fans a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of the games alongside the opportunity to quiz the masterminds behind it all. For those of you who missed out on the chance to snap up tickets to the Doctor Who tour, the night will also offer you the chance to take part in a competition to win some awesome prizes including tickets to the now sold out live tour.
But that’s not all. GameCity is also offering a night full of time-travelling shenanigans, sci-fi inspired games craft events and competitions. As if that weren’t enough, members from the RetroRemakes team will also be on hand to reminisce about gaming classics.
GameCityNights episode 6 will be taking place tomorrow (Friday 23rd July) at Antenna in Nottingham. Age requirements are 18+ and entry is £3 on the door. For more information, visit www.gamecity.org
