This year it's all about the laid back, casual look - think a cross between hippy, gypsy and country clothing. New Look have a great range of flowing gypsy skirts in all different colours - whites are totally fashionable at the minute.

On the jewellery side of things, turquoise blue is the colour! Try a disk shaped pendant or a wrist full of little blue beads - just don't over do it with the jewellery! Remember, the look is casual and pretty. And don't forget the charity bands that are on sale now, because a good cause is ALWAYS fashionable :-)

A hairstyle you could match with your outfit is pigtails or several skinny plaits at random places in your hair, secured with thin bands. Decorate the hairstyle with flowers for a pretty finishing touch.

The hottest colour this summer is definetly AQUAMARINE! it is the most perfect colour because it is bright, has green and blue so it matches anyones eyes even brown eyes and it looks great as an accesory or a top to complement the hippy, loose look!

Basic fashion sense

hi! just wanted to pass on basic common sense and tell everyone that this summer, for a casual look, you should totally team cute faded jeans with flip flops or team that cute mini with flip flops for a relaxed look. just remember that when you are wearing a mini you should wear a t-shirt and when wearing jeans a starap top depending on the weather! never team a strap top with a tiny mini! you'll look immature and show way too much flesh!

White!

white is very cool this season along with loads of other styles especially if you have darker skin. its perfect to wear when youve been workig on your tan and want to show it off because it accentuates the colour! it works really well with denim and looks really refreshing.

Shoes!!!

When your wondering around the stores for your summer sandals this spring make sure you go for the wedges. They're very in style this summer and the chunkier the better, but if your not too keen on them, strappy sandals are still fashionable. If your feet ache with all the heels floppy flip-flops are always a great and comfortable way of being trendy. They never lose style and you can get them in so many funky colours and styles! For your sporty and energetic side, trainers and pumps are great too.

The most dreadful fashion mistake ever?

O.k, probably the most awful pattern to wear would have to be burberry. It used to be a popular and stylish fashion statement back in the 60's but now lets face it, it's very tacky! What once was rather an expensive and stylish piece of material is now very unfashionable and for anyone to wear it as a hat or bag, is just gross! Two words for a person who wears burberry... Ethnic

Ethnic style jewelry is very popular this year and practically all good clothes shops are stocking up on them. Beads, pendants, earrings and rings are bringing out the gypsy styles and fashions. The main, and best colours to go for is greens, blues and browns. Avoid going over the top though because too much of the stuff can make you look over the top.
