Who let the fire extinguisher off?

How could one party end up with 3 people in hospital and coats bags and things stolen, all by some boy setting a fire extinguisher off?
It was a normal fun party that turned into a nightmare. Two girls had a party for Valentines Day (at the working men's club in Wigston) for them and all of their friends but about half an hour into the party things went horribly wrong. Lots of people had heard about the party and decided to crash it. There were about 150 people in the one room in the end. Then this lad thought it was a good idea to set off the fire extinguisher (which was filled with carbon monoxide powder). Everyone struggled to get out as all of the doors where shut because they where trying to stop people from crashing it.

One of the people who organised the party said,
"Well we had only been in the party for about half an hour some hadn't been there for more than 10 mins. All of a sudden it went all smoky, we were coughing and we all had to run out, but they had shut the doors (this was because people had been crashing the party) so there was no way of getting out so we had to go through the bar. Everyone was waiting out side, so they could get their coats and stuff, but police turned up and told them all to move on! XXXXX and me where going mad we had spent all this time planning the party and buying stuff. I spoke to the police but they where useless and so was the bar man, he didn't even care! So I went in with XXXX and spoke to this lad he said to me
"There was police all over Wigston, they even had to shut down McDonalds because over 100 kids turned up there!"

Then the lad who set the fire extinguisher off said,
" I don't no why I did it, thought it would be a laugh" so I wasn't happy at all. He even said to me move out the way I'm watching the footie! His dad came down he was really nice, he even offered to pay for bill.
Some of my friends where out side waiting to go to hospital, I felt so bad there was nothing any of us could do. XXXXXXX (you know who you are) had wrecked are party and thought it was funny and even managed to get away with it!"
